This ministry exists and functions in order to magnify God. Our purpose is to provide a ministry that will effectively contribute to bringing people to Jesus Christ and to equip and encourage believers to discover, develop, and use their talents in the worship of God.
The Worship Choir
Wednesday 6:30-7:30 p.m.
This choir is for any adult who desires to worship God. Your effectiveness in choir will depend on your heart, not your voice. Our desire is to offer a gift of excellence, ever dependent upon the leading of the Holy Spirit. The Worship Choir leads in worship and praise during Sunday worship services and shares in special presentations throughout the year.

Every week and throughout the year, you’ll discover a well-rounded program that includes Sunday School, Missions, Vacation Bible School, and Children's Church. These programs are available for children from kindergarten to sixth grade. For more information, call the Church office at 228-497-4050.

At First Baptist of Gautier our student ministry is made up of 7th - 12th graders hailing from various schools in the Gautier area.
We strive to connect our teenagers to God through Bible study, worship, and relationships, as well as instill in them a desire to serve Jesus locally, nationally, and abroad.
If you're looking for a group of friends to connect with, we would love for you to be a part of ours!
We meet regularly for Bible study and fellowship on Sunday mornings at 9:15
(with free breakfast each week!) and on Wednesdays at 6:30PM.

B-Men Ministry Goal:
Our goal is to create a ministry where men, of all ages, have an opportunity to develop real relationships with Almighty God, fellow members of the church that lead to relationships that are open and honest, as well as opportunities for discipleship, service, and brotherhood.
The question is often asked, “What Does BMen Stand For?“
It could stand for Baptist Men since we are a Southern Baptist Congregation. It could stand for a challenge to simply BE Godly Men. It could stand for both.
B-Men Mission:
W – Worship God with all my life
O- Obey Christ by serving others through my church
R- Resolve to build relationships that strengthen my family and church
K- Keep my commitment to join other men in God's Great Commission

PURPOSE: To serve God by reaching and disciple-ling ladies for Christ as we encourage spiritual growth
VISION STATEMENT: To be intentional ladies for God in our desire to grow in word, in stature and in deed as we demonstrate God's love by the way we live and to create an environment of discipleship and growth within the girls and ladies of FBCG and the community where we are planted.
MISSION STATEMENT: We will accomplish this through Bible studies, mentoring, encouragement, fellowships, and service within the church and community.

Do you want to stop living for other people and start living intentionally for God?
The Lady's Ministry of FBCG believes wholeheartedly that God will transform us from ordinary to extraordinary women after God's own heart when we become INTENTIONAL about our relationship with God.

At First Baptist, Gautier, we seek direction from God through prayer as well as communicate praises and needs to Him.
We have a 24/7 prayer chain ministry and communicate with members through e-mails.
Members are encouraged to submit their e-mail addresses in order to receive these e-mails.

Our Church strives to make a positive impact on as many individuals and families outside of our doors as possible through prayer, evangelism, and service. We cooperate in large part with the Jackson County Baptist's Association to serve our local community through ministries such as disaster relief, ramp building ministry, and outreach in the Pascagoula International Seafarer's Center.
