About Our Childcare Center

At First Baptist Gautier Childcare, our goal is to provide affordable educational care for children while creating a relaxing, trusting atmosphere where children are encouraged to pursue their own interests, develop friendships, grow in confidence, independence, and respect for themselves and others. We provide a caring staff, who shows genuine respect and love for the children, promotes each child's self-esteem and has confidence in each child's potential.

We desire to create a stable environment that is inviting, comfortable. attractive, orderly and manageable by the children; a happy and exciting place to be and to give individual guidance to children based on careful observation of each child's needs and in keeping with parental values and goals.

Our center provides for the children a variety of developmentally appropriate activities including expressive art, construction, active play, science, cooking, crafts, and reading. We have framed a schedule that allows time for each child to observe and to participate in activities according to his/her interest and talents.
